1. Digital Services
All our offerings โ such as Virtual Server Deployment, Auto-Scaling & Load Balancing, Cloud Storage Management, Container Orchestration, System Monitoring, and Cloud Migration Services โ are provided digitally and customized to each clientโs needs. As such, there are no physical items to return.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If the service has not been delivered after payment due to a technical issue on our side.
- If there is a proven error or malfunction directly caused by our system that prevents you from using the purchased service.
- If you were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service.
In such cases, we will review your request and process a refund to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
